We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (the UK only). We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 o'clock on the same day but please allow up to two days for dispatch. All items are sent via recorded delivery. If in the unlikely event that you haven't received an item we will follow the Royal Mail set procedure.
If we don't have an item that was ordered in stock we will let you know within two days and give you an expected time of arrival of a reorder, if you want you can wait for the item to arrive or you can always take the opportunity to refund your purchase.
We offer a special next-day delivery service, which allows you to receive an item as soon as possible, whether it is because you have a big event coming up or you are just impatient and can't wait to get your hands on an item. Just select DPD delivery on checkout and we will send out the item via DPD Next Day service, so the item would reach you on the next working day, please note this service includes an additional charge.
Saturday and Sunday Delivery
We offer a special Saturday or Sunday day delivery service, which allows you to receive an item as soon as possible, whether it is because you have a big event coming up or you are just impatient and can't wait to get your hands on an item. Just select DPD Saturday/Sunday delivery on checkout and we will send out the item via DPD service, so the item would reach you on the selected day, please note this service includes an additional charge. The service needs to be selected by Friday at 3 PM for Saturday delivery or by 12 PM on Saturday for Sunday delivery.
International Delivery and Customs
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs would be prior to buying.
- Some countries customs may charge taxes for importing goods from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
We try our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying taxes, eg. marking the item as a sample or a gift of lower value. In our experience, about 92% of the parcels reach buyers without taxes paid. Even if you have to pay taxes and import duties, it will be much less than you should.
We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there were any problems just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.
Returns are accepted within 30 days the buyer pays for the return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered. Orders made on wesuit.co that are over £100 are eligible for free returns as long as the delivery address is within the UK.
As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable for your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.
